About
I graduated from Al-Azhar University's Faculty of Medicine in Assiut in 2023 and spent my two internship years at Al-Azhar University Hospital. Today I work as a physician and manager of a primary healthcare unit under Egypt's Ministry of Health and Population.
Alongside medicine I build digital products and go deep into health informatics: how the right decision reaches a doctor at the right moment, and how health systems exchange data in one language.

Focus
Most problems in healthcare today aren't a shortage of technology but the distance between technology and the clinic. That's what I study and work on: tools that support clinical decisions, and systems that exchange data through standards like HL7 and FHIR.
Turning protocols and clinical guidelines into tools that help at the moment of decision, with logic anyone can review.
How hospital systems exchange data, from HL7 v2 messages to the FHIR resources that modern platforms like NPHIES are built on.
A shared language for diagnoses and tests, such as ICD-10 and LOINC, that makes data exchangeable, analysable and billable.
